Chakra 1:The Root or Base Chakra; also known as Muladhara (Sanskrit):
Is designated by the color Red and explores the ionian mode of music. The Root Chakra governs sensuality and a sense of security. It is through this chakra (energy center) that we anchor the energy of the Earth Mother. It is connected to the adrenal glands and sexual organs. This center stimulates the entire body and influences our temperature, total energy and the growth of children. In the physical body, the organs associated with it are the hardest parts: bones, nails, teeth, as well as the anus, rectum, colon, prostate, cell structure and legs. Our survival functions, self-preservation (including the protection of the territory, primary consciousness), insurance and awareness of the material world are located in this center.

2nd Chakra:The Sacral Chakra; Swadhistana (Sanskrit), also called Hara:
Is designated by the color Orange and explores the dorian mode of music. The Sacral Chakra governs reproduction, creativity, joy and enthusiasm.
The second chakra is located between the pubic bone and the navel, the place that the Japanese call hara center of vital energies. That is why one of the virtues of the practice belly breathing is to supply external power to the plant production.
Physically, it is the center of the pelvis, bladder, left kidney, genital organs and their secretions, blood, lymph and gastric juices. Is designated by the color Yellow and explores the phrygian mode of music. The Solar Chakra governs digestion, personal power, emotional expansiveness, and all areas of growth. It is located in the solar plexus, the triage center energy. Connected to the element of fire, personality and individuality, this chakra is very sensitive to stress, emotions, stress, etc..

By harmonizing the four elements to which they correspond, we promote the union of body and mind. The color is green when love flows through us unconditionally, its influence becomes pink.
5th Chakra: The Throat Chakra; also known as Vishuddha (Sanskrit)
Is designated by the color Blue and explores the mixolydian mode of music. The Throat Chakra governs communication, independence, fluent thought and spirituality.
It is located at the throat. It correspondence with the sense of hearing.
Physically, it is connected to the lungs, the bronchi, the vocal cords, the lymphatic system and also the thyroid gland. It links with the following chakras. Some evils associated with it: loss of voice, sore throat, asthma, etc..
Emotionally, it overcomes the judgment to enter judgment. It is opening the passage to a plane of reality is more subtle. At this level, we have to make another form of detachment with our beliefs and old habits.
Through our education, our studies and through experiencing a level of ordinary consciousness, we have accumulated a number of beliefs about the real world and based on these beliefs, we consider the reality (or not) of our opportunities and events experienced.
